T&Cs regarding pest inspections and building reports:

For pre-purchase building reports an initial fee of $50 is payable for the download of the report and the balance of $370 (house) OR $280 (unit) is payable by you if you are successful in purchasing the property.

For pre-purchase timber pest reports an initial fee of $50 is payable for the download of the report and the balance of $200 (house) OR $120 (unit) is payable by you if you are successful in purchasing the property.

The vendor pays for the balance of the pre-purchase building report and timber pest report if the property does not sell, is withdrawn from sale or the purchaser has not downloaded the $50 report.
